Any material to be
serviced or returned to Delica, the following procedures should be
followed:
1.Contact service dept.
with detailed information of the problem, including the model
number, serial number, and a brief description of the reason for
return.
2.Confirm damaged machine
or parts for Return authorization. A clear picture for showing the
problem is a better evidence.
3. Fill in RMA and obtain
number which should appear on the outside of the shipping container.
Return shipments will not be accepted if the RMA number is not
clearly visible.

4.Confirm the description
and value of the material for Custom Declaration with Delic¡¯s
service dept.
Return machine and inform Delica¡¯s
