Delica warrant that each product we sell is free from defects in labor and materials and shall conform to its product specifications as defined in the user documentation. Warranty Certificate can be downloaded from website.

When buyer receive delivered machine, pls check and accept products according to the check and acceptance list. If the buyer confirm that everything is provided and in perfect condition, pls send the signed and stamped list back to Delica by fax to 86-755-86210002,according to which Delica will be entitled to requirement of 10% balance of the machine.

If Delica receives notice of such defects during the warranty period that begins on the date of shipment, Delica shall, at its option, either repair or replace hardware products which prove to be defective.
Delica's obligation or liability under this warranty does not include any transportation or other charges or liability for direct, indirect or consequential damages or delay resulting from the improper use.
